Are you actually a captain or just a troll? You're telling me that you've never started getting fatigued on a trip because of your staggering awesomeness compared to mine? If you have a problem with your FOs and you have that bitter of an attitude about it you need to communicate it to them. That's the only way you have any prayer of not having a toxic flight deck.
