No more than 2 days off at a time. No money, no time off to enjoy your life, and no retirement contribution from the company. For those of you heartbroken about a failed phone interview or feeling defeated that G4 won't call you, believe me when I say it is a huge blessing in disguise. You don't want to go to G4 and get force fed the Kool-Aide, just to find out in 5 years you've wasted your time. Do yourselves a favor and go to a real airline where you'll get treated and paid like a professional. Don't settle for the bottom of the barrel.
