And I agree, this industry is posed to change dramatically (even within the regional industry). Do what makes sense for you right now, don't count on tomorrow, be flexible and willing to move where it makes sense. TPIC might not be as important in 2 years as it is now (I've had friends hired at majors without it).

Set your sights on a major from the beginning...for a 20 something...don't aim at a career in the regionals.
