Flycameron you said that Delta will pull and score our application if we went to the job fair. Do you mean that they will review you resume there and give you a rough score or actually pull your online application?
I met with a FO who told me I had a strong resume but didn't know anything about the three tiers, how to score it and thought that our resumes were just shredded. I indeed hope they pull our online application and score it.
It was great seeing Captain Flanigan and Mr. Kraby in the trenches talking to us. It really shows they care, I just wish I had met with one of them. Guys that did were told how they roughly scored. That would be worth the $1k+ cost of traveling there and paying for all the other ancillary fees.

Does anyone know if Delta gives more points for the number of LOR's on file or is 10 equivalent to 1?
