So is it easy to bid ready reserve as a junior guy in ORF?
What do the senior captains bid? I'm curious what makes one stay with a regional after 10yrs other than taking a step back in pay.
How much difference is there in lifestyle (time off) between a junior FO and a senior FO or captain?

If I interviewed and was offered a class, how much flexibility is there to move a class to a later date? (Like a month or two)

I'm guessing the school is 4 weeks? How long does it take to go from day one in class to completion of IOE?
How are you paid while in class?
