This would actually be a step in the right direction. A 12 year cap on RJ captains would keep the necessary movement going. 12 years is more than enough time to find a real job and those that can't, should simply be let go at that point. Why should regional lifers be rewarded for their career failure at the expense of those just entering the industry?
