The above is a small part of their social online policy. They have avenues for criticism. I don't think they consider this one they want used.
I didn't respond to the first post you made that quoted my comment, which you could have taken as "point made." So I'll say it here, "Point made." Not that your reference was about anything I said negatively about the best damn airline in the world that will smite those who are evil and wish to do it harm.
