As expected you totally missed the point of that analogy. Change the job to whatever you like, plumber, mechanic, electrician, the point remains the same.
Name User: You're right, FOs should be leaving. I made a huge mistake not going to compass, but it's just another mistake in a long line of mistakes starting from learning to fly in the first place. In all fairness though I had to make my decision before the AIP was voted on and I did think it would pass, not sure what guys are hanging around for now.
