As management's beloved experiment crashes and burns, I do think we should spend some capital on codifying it into our scope section. Specifically, remove all references to "permitted aircraft". No attempts to re-write language that ALPA can't defend, just pull out those paragraphs in their entirety.
My two cents, and would defer to Bucking Bar for details on exactly what to pull out of section 1.
