You're asking a lot of questions that have been addressed in the thread. You really need to take 10 minutes and skim through it. But, basically we don’t have schedules. We have assignments issued monthly. And they are all pretty much the same. Saturday and Tuesday off. We bid via a pbs, but it’s a sham. The company plugs you in however they want, and it is never to your request or benefit.

You can't drop, and you can't switch, swap or whatever. PTO is a joke; Disapproved always. I understand your regional plight. But, it is most likely the quality of life you have now, is better than here.
