One training event instead of two training events by doing this. It saves money and training/sim time. The shareholders will get an extra 50 cents a share and a little extra in the Christmas dividend payment.
We will most certainly get a "thank you" buried in an email that describes our massive profits, crew productivity, plans for the future of engine reliability, and core values. If we really play our cards right, we might even get a, "build your own ornament for the corporate Christmas tree" kit sent to our bases in December so we can help decorate the corporate Christmas tree. I know I can't wait.
