From my experience Republic was extremely selective (when I got hired). We had 11 guys and 1 girl for the interview and only 4 were hired. This was way before they decided to park jets too and were supposed to be desperate to hire anyone with a pulse.
A lot of stuff posted on this board is helpful and a lot is bunk.

Just keep applying to other regionals. As long as my alter ego and his cohorts run this company, you are better off elsewhere. My biggest beef so far is cancelation pay (it does not exist). Select a regional that does have it and live in base.
