See. There you go again. It's either one extreme or the other with you. It's either Moak's proactive appeasement or it's "all in your face." One can stick to principle, do what's right, be assertive about it... and at the same time still be respectful and professional. Heck, if management saw that we actually respect ourselves and our profession, maybe they'd have more respect for us! We cheapen ourselves and our profession by selling ourselves short. And we've been doing that, in large part thanks to Lee Moak, for almost a decade now!
