I agree..to save the confusion we need to just go to the seniority on day of indoc.
I would think (hope) that those on the AA side would recognize this and those on the Airways side would use a mutual DOH. I would hope no union is trying to pull a rug over the other, but you never know.
DOH should be date of hire, first day of class, it's not hard but like everything it seems AA (management) makes it more complicated than it needs to be
