Been there for more than a decade, it has been a slow decay(frog in pot of boiling water). Am planning to leave.
I have honestly thought for the past year that SkyWest would benefit by combining pilot lists. My feeling is KB keeps disregarding policy and almost daring the pilots to vote in a union. Or maybe they realize that is 70% would vote in a pay freeze, we probably won't vote in a union and they can do whatever they want to us. They target small groups at a time, but the problem is that most of us have a long memory. 5 years of reserve and I still won't answer CS calls and have no desire to help out on my days off. There is some deep emotional scaring from the abuse of TE's minions and they have no desire to help change any of that.

Continue to fight us and not work together to find solutions. Continue to think that the name SkyWest will bring pilots in the door. I agree they have been around for 40 years and done more stuff right than other regionals, but the game is about to change and SkyWest is living on past accomplishments.
