Here at Envoy we allow 9 four hour simulator sessions (2-3 hours If one student) for longterm training. 1 two hour session for PC/Checkride and 1 four hour LOFT (Line Oriented Flight Training) session. We allow FO/FO, CA/FO, and CA/CA pairings for training. All training is done with in house instructors. I was wondering how other regional airline training departments compare in these aspects to Envoy's training program.
