What really irks me is the phone number for crew scheduling. Too many big digits. It's a real work out to dial their number on my rotary phone.
I apologize if you are offended by Dave's post. Allow me to point out that L-UAL Pilots are not used to rolling over when arbitrary and capricious pronouncements come down from on high. Everything is negotiable or at least, agreed to in advance. That's the way we are used to doing business - it shows respect for employees. Apparently, you prefer the way the current management makes changes by simply announcing "This is the way we will do this from now on".
