When they took a job at Colgan as a scope violation of 9E, they knew the risks. This is in no way the same as selling scope. Your junior pilots did not expect to get furloughed, while they watched thousands of regional pilots get hired in their place. ALPA has no business facilitating this type of behavior, NONE WHAT-SO-EVER.
