One of the first steps towards recovering from the last decade is to stop worrying about offending some coworker who couldn't be/didn't want to be a pilot. I wonder if our executives, who have contracts negotiated for them individually by their representatives, worry about offending other executives when they negotiate their deals.Hmmmm...
