I said that our executives negotiate their compensation package, as do we. I asked, when they do, do they factor in the feelings of their non-executive "coworkers" when they make their "demands"? Of course they don't. But, according to you, we should be very concerned about how we are viewed by our non-pilot co-workers when we are seeking contract gains.

There are a LOT of things that we should consider/factor in to the crafting of our opener next spring. How it will affect the "reputation" we have with our non-pilot co-workers, OR how "arrogant" they will view our position should NOT be one of them!!!
