If I had control over the place for one day I'd move HQ to a major metro area, somewhere with a much deeper talent pool.
That may make it worse though... Take for example DFW..... We have some of the worst and they have over 80 reserve pilots to work with and still manage to be negative on reserves almost daily!
I think it's just a SS thing though, I've heard lots of AA guys complain about theirs as well...
