PNT and Scott flight bag are what I use...and a Telex 850. All 3 not cheap, but will last a long, long time. I did wait till my Capt upgrade to purchase all three though.
PNT, Scott and a Sennheiser active noise cancellation for this guy. Quality ain't cheap, but it never costs more in the long run.
