There is no logic with the company men. Delta executives compensation is up 300% to 700% since chapter 11 and somehow we can't get the 2004 hourly rates plus some inflation date of signing.
Management's brainwashing is so powerful we actually have our own pilots here saying it's ok for them to get insane increases and we can't get a fraction of that.

So the fat cats in Mgmt who got the 300% - 700& pay raises equals how much in total salary? Maybe 100 Million total if that? Current pilot payroll is in the ball park of 2.5 Billion. Double our pay and the the company profits pretty much go away. Doublt mgmt pay and it doesn't put a dent in them. Not saying it's right but it is what it is.
