Just so its painfully obvious, I completely agree that this stuff shouldn't be moved as had i/others known this as a prospective new hire about how things are currently instead of the pie in the sky meet and interview, it may have saved others valuable time and resources in making a Career move. This is a life decision for some folks who don't want to waste months on a second rate company and training for an airframe that falls short of the expectations we are expected to adhere to daily while a company thumbs its nose at its greatest and soon if not already limited resource.

One last question, how come the Polar guys get it?
