I wouldn't disqualify anyone that applies. It seems JetBlue knows how to hire the right kind of people. I'm a 9000+TT with 4000+CRJ PIC pilot and JB is my #1 choice and I'm worried I'm too qualified to get a call because they think I'll leave.



I know they like guys who live in base.
One good way to keep guys( there will be those that leave no matter what) will be to raise the pay and come up with a good first CBA.
As others have said here we are growing so it's not stagnant.
It will be up to managment if they really want to attract and retain pilots.


It's a pilots market enjoy while it lasts, we all know what comes next.
