Hey NightIP,

You may want to look at the B767 Check LOA - paragraph 27 before you go "Hmmmm" :-). I think that is what is being grieved and it applies specifically to guys who work in Miami in the TC.

The LOA allows them to bid for open time on the months when they are bidding as line pilots.
