So we are only talking about 80 pilots being hired so far, out of the 400 plus pilots they are going to need to hire over the next 15 months. We are now down to 492 pilots, with 40 more leaving to Delta within the next 1.5 months. Considering the new upgrade time requirement rules and the number of current CFI's we have recently hired, we still have not even interviewed our most junior captain, who would upgrade in late 2015 (assuming you have the 1000 hours upgrade time requirement met).
