If every employee had a "screw this place I plan to move on" attitude the company would fail pretty fast. Look at Expressjet and Endeavor.

Just to add, xjt was not like that before Skywest bought us. So I see what you mean. But once you stop worrying about how others know how crappy your airline is now, the less you think about it and put more energy towards getting out. That's not to say that you shouldn't give your job the honest day's work and stay professional.

Well, our CEO did just that. Demanded huge concessions. Luckily we voted no to those concessions.
