What industry are you headed to? Best of luck, don't leave with any sick time. I agree about flows, I think 100% of mainline new hires should come from a flow in seniority order. No more special candidates getting to skip their turn in line and get hired after 9 months in an RJ when guys with 10k TPIC can't get called.
