The majority of them are regional. 115ish of them were CPZ flow through. The pinnacle guaranteed interview made up most of the rest of the civilian, but now with the CPZ flow done for the year and hiring upped to 85 pilots a month, many more regional off the street guys will have their chance.
So basically what I am reading is that the DAL regional hires currently happening were mandated to be from the regionals. I guess we'll have to see what happens when the flows stop and they get to pick whom they want to hire.
Airways was 1/3 mil, 1/3 regional, 1/3 corporate it seems. No idea what it is now, now that AA is doing everything. Probably 85% military, 15% regional as far as outside hires go judging by the calls that are going out. Practically everyone is ex-mil. Surprising, because AA's contract is the least desirable of the legacies, if you were ex-mil with that sort of pedigree I'd be going to the top carrier not settling.
