Contract 2015 is going to be a battle, the company is seriously looking at pay banding and they want relief in that we are supposedly the least productive pilot group. Please don't shoot the messenger but this is a very reliable source. I am retiring very soon and will not be involved at all in the contract 2015 fun and games other than becoming a APC lurker. Regarding the news, it sounds like what one guy has been saying and subsequently getting ridiculed for by some of the protect the union at all cost guys. C2012 didn't do us any favors setting up for C2015. Each of us individually and the whole group collectively should prepare for a tough fight. Let's not roll over this time.
