Just heard some news from a very connected fellow voyager. Contract 2015 is going to be a battle, the company is seriously looking at pay banding and they want relief in that we are supposedly the least productive pilot group. Please don't shoot the messenger but this is a very reliable source. I am retiring very soon and will not be involved at all in the contract 2015 fun and games other than becoming a APC lurker.
