My point exactly. The more space here that is taken up with Union bickering the less is available for information provided to prospective Atlas pilots. Obviously there is a valuable discussion to be had about internal union negotiation. That belongs in a separate thread. This thread is about how to get hired at Atlas. Pilots who are looking for information about this place are intelligent enough to look on both threads.
For the record, I am a 5+ year pilot here and am enjoying life immensely. Are there things that can improve? Of course there are. Are things better here than they were at my previous existence? Eminently. Please don't let the thrashings you read here cloud your thinking. Atlas is a good place to be. It could be a better place to be. Come along on board and be a part of making it better!!
