Scope increases and outsourced flying
In a recent email from USAPA I noticed RJ flying is currently capped at 30%, to increase to 40% in a graduated scale over the next couple years.
Do they not realize that once scope is gone, it won't ever come back?
Who cares about pay rates when you are outsourcing more and more of your flying? It seems they really have a hard on for "DAL/UAL rates" but have lost sight of some really important aspects as well, IMO.
