Calling the Teamsters "worthless" at Allegiant is a bit premature. They have provided us with the tools we've needed, initiated and WON an injunction against this management team's travesties, and have charged us ZERO dues for doing so. I don't know what happened with Republic since I've been out of the regional game for almost a decade, but remember that the union is comprised of YOUR pilots. I highly doubt that any injustice that you endured was the sole doing of IBT national. IBT isn't perfect but it's light years ahead of what we had before, which was basically a bunch of volunteers that management chose to either acknowledge or ignore depending upon what mood they were in.
