Also consider the QOL issue as well. Commuting with the schedules at Allegiant while having any semblance of a family life is nearly impossible. You will most likely be thrown into the new HOM base right after training which will entail living in a hotel in some random city with a maximum of 3 days off per week. There is also a rumor going around that since every city you stay in is your "base", ZERO per diem will be provided. The rest of the details about this new base are unknown because, as usual, they make it up as they go along. "Let's see what the pilots will endure before we change anything" is the mantra.
