You said the policy was for one crew member to call scheduling if another crew member wasn't there at show time? How do you know if the other crew members are there at show time?

You really favor sending crew trackers and chief pilots to chase down crews? Maybe you should embrace modern technology.

Seems to most on the ASA side that your side is just trying to be difficult.
