There are three crew members and at least one gate agent. Like I said, it's been working for almost 10 years with good CCF.
As for crew trackers, it's not about embracing technology. I use my cell phone that I pay for for my convenience only. Anything else is a loss of QOL for me to give away that convenience to the company. Why should I do that for free? Just because you guys have less QOL in your contract?
Seems to me that those on the ERJ side would like for the ASA guys to have the better QOL and compensation that we have. Yet you guys rather us roll over and take the concessions to come down to your QOL and compensation. How would you feel if you were being merged with Gojet or Mesa and those guys were telling you that you are being difficult for simply wanting to keep your better QOL and compensation?
Like I said, I'm willing to give them check in and many other things (not everything) for something of equal or better value. I don't think that is unreasonable at all.

Because our MEC rolled over on that. But that doesn't deny the fact that Skywest Inc (the holding company, not the airline) bought ASA and Xjt.
