That's why they have you put all employment and education history. It's not just "oh, it took me 5 years. He must be a dummy." Now, if you didn't work at all in college and it took you 6 years to finish a B.A. in Art History from State U, then you clearly had other issues and priorities. If you were running a business and got two degrees, the story is different.
