Sure that will continue with flow, it always does. But flow slows attrition, keeps more pilots at a regional longer. That is simple fact and important considering that flows are rarely sold to the pilot group that way. A flow should be considered of little import when looking at the future of the industry. If the trend goes where it looks like it will, pilot groups won't need or wait for flow. If it stops (another 9/11 impact scenario), then flow won't help anyway.
