SKW has one of the best pay scales and and QOL out there. They have kept the bar high with no concessions, a good contract if not the best in the regional industry and an all around good company to work for. Is it the same company 5, 10 or 20 years ago? Not to mention they did agree in the last contract if you want to call it that, to fly those shiny new 175's at CRJ-700 rates.....Yet it has a MGTW higher than a CRJ-900 and carries the same amount of passengers. Explain how that is NOT a concession you Kool-Aid drinker...
I'm not trying to throw sand in your face, but if you're going to make a bold statement like that, you better be able to back it up. This is one of those reasons why SkyWest gets the reputation. Bunch of kook-aid drinkers who think they work for SkyBest.
