But, in my case IAH 737 looking at the vacancy bid letter the Max was 590ish and the min was 540ish. So that means they probably won't displace those bottom 50 or so they'll just let them stay or go to a different position? Letting the base decrease by natural attrition. I don't pay much attention to the MIN/MAX number because it is not a good indicator of master plan. All that number is good for is letting us know when the company MUST backfill a seat. So they can play with this number, if they made IAH737 590 max and 585 min then as soon as the 6th bid out they would have to backfill. They want to shrink IAH down so they put a large spread in between the two numbers so they don't have to backfill the seat. I hope that makes sense.......
