Nevets has revealed all the machinations that Inc. and Cal went through to undermine Expressjet.

In a nutshell, Inc. conspired with CAL mgmt. to buy out Expressjet. During the due diligence process, Inc. got access to Expressjet books and knew EXACTLY how much Expressjet was making. When the buyout failed (as I believe they knew it would), they were able to use this info to underbid Expressjet and receive CAL flying. In short, they made the bed they are now lying in. ExpressJet pilots know this. This fact, combined with the previous concessions and the current unwilling or unable mgmt. team, resulted in a resounding NO vote. Fool me once...
