But, in my case IAH 737 looking at the vacancy bid letter the Max was 590ish and the min was 540ish. So that means they probably won't displace those bottom 50 or so they'll just let them stay or go to a different position? Letting the base decrease by natural attrition. Looks like 516 min and 573 max in IAH. In between those two myself and can likely get IAH 320 and a double digit seniority bump. Not wild about training again for the same pay rate, but don't want to leave IAH either. Debating the bird in hand vs waiting it out with lots of potential movement to west coast, ORD, and the wild card of Dulles.
All week to think about it, or not. Missing anything?
