I can't even book a ticket on the worthless FDX website. Go through the entire process, and it finally says that my ticket request has failed. Couldn't book a $200 ticket, but I betcha it would allow me to book all the $1500 ones that they were listing. Had to search really hard to find the $200 direct. So they think this is going to save money? Give me a break. Crew travel booked it for me, after a long time on hold.

We must be the only company that has taken their employees from doing things online, to having to do them over the phone. Going backwards. Such incompetence. Sure hope the management guy who decided it was a great idea to get rid of trip manager gets his big bonus. Because even if he ends up costing FedEx millions of dollars, he'll save a penny by shutting trip manager down, right?
