Management has no intentions on refleeting us and is apt to let our aircraft retire over the next few years. Unless something changes things will become more stagnant than they already are. Expect to spend at least 2 years on reserve and no upgrade for at least 7. That being said I imagine you will hear something from the recruiting department soon.
