I was hired with no PIC. If you're close to upgrading it might be a good idea to get your 1000 PIC before you come here just so the box is checked. Just an opinion. Atlas won't be able to stop hiring until after all of the majors stop hiring.
Unfortunately I am no where near an upgrade. Been at my current job for 3 years. I am actually still junior reserve.
