If they would be smart, they will come to envoy and upgrades will get lower. The main problem is the lack of NHs, not CA leaving.
Once they are done with 2008 upgrades, it will jump down to 2010. But since we are not growing, don't have shinny new jets we are not attractive.
That's why they want to bring concessions, because even that PSA got them, pilots are going there for the "fast upgrade and the 900".
There were a ton of hires in 08' it will take awhile to get through those guys.
A ton is not more than 150 pilots. They stop hiring in mid may and furlough 70 guys.
