1) ATN was an extremely ATL-focused airline. SWA is not.

2) There is more than enough market for both SWA and DAL to co-exist in ATL

3) The plan for ATL has not been fully executed yet.
So then you admit that the acquisition of ATN was to shut it down? IOW.. to get rid of a competitor. I don't see how it could be anything else since you have cut their previous flights in half.... Or maybe there's no money in ATL.
