Do your time, GTFO.

Guys, you need to realize once you move on no one gives a $#%^ where you came from. Everyone is just incredibly happy we are hiring more people!

This whole "bettering the industry" is a joke. It's never going to happen. There are more NewCo's, Silver's, Gojet's, etc. around the corner with zero longevity pay/vacation/benefits. Just as fast as they come, they also go. The smart guys realize the commuters have zero leverage and go in with eyes wide open.

How much per hour is the difference in first year pay at the worst regional vs. the best? Maybe $10/hr? In 2016 Meyers could be a 3rd year F/O making almost $160/hr on the 330. The amount of money we are talking about is "peanuts" and I mean that almost literally!

Use the commuters like they use you. Get in, get out.

With all the "advice" you've been spewing, one would assume you knew the difference between the PSA(that flew 727's and 146's), and the one being referred to by Pilot Crusader!
